Problem with the electricity circuit for my ac?

Ok so the switch on the panel where the rest of the switches for the power are .. the one switch for the air condionting keeps bouncing back eveytime the air conditioner turns off and then I have to push it back to turn the air conditioning on .. why is it doing this and should I keep messing with it or wait for the maintance workers in the morning ?
