How much should I charge for a renovation?

The house 1500 sq feet with 9 ft ceilings. I have to paint every room(8 rooms) in two coats of different colors. There is no running water so cleaning brushes is going to be a problem. I have to change the filters in the house, bleach the bathrooms, patch some grout work, and the walls have to be puttied and sanded before I can paint. On the exterior, I have to pressure wash all of the walls, redo tile on the small front porch. pull up several bushes and re-mulch the beds. How much should I charge for all of this?
