Is there anyway or anything?

to accelerate decomposition of leaves ? is there anything you can add to them ? I have a LARGE pile of leaves I want to get rid of.Please don't say mulch as I put about 3 in of them in the garden ( about 25ftx30ft ) last year these are leftovers.Or should I just burn them when and if they ever dry out.Oh I have a leaf shredder.Also around here you have to pay to get rid of them
