Suspicious looking teenagers trespassing on my and my neighbor's yards; Is calling the police a good idea?

If they are on your properties, and they repeatedly do it, then yes. But if they seem harmless and are just being drug-free kids, then maybe not. If you think they are up to no good and believe you can't see them in their hideaway, then I would definitely call the cops.
