Shampoo to help hair growth?

I've been trying to grow my hair for two years, but it just doesn't want to grow. I straighten my hair about 5-6 times a week (or else it looks really bad) - which is making my hair break off instead of grow. Which shampoo/conditioner would be best to protect my hair against the hair straightner and/or help my hair grow faster?
