Can you advise me on growing the rose,"Cecile Brunner"?

I hate to tell you this but your rose will winter kill. the ones from Texas can not take cold winters. Here is something you can do for your rose plant. Call around to the brake shops and see if you can get some iron filings and put some around your rose. For some reason they really like it when you add some iron to the ground.
