Is there homologous chromosome present in mitosis? (urgent!!)?

There will ALWAYS be homologous chromosomes in a diploid genome, regardless of whether the cell is dividing or not. Homologous chromosomes are those that contain the same genes, giemsa staining pattern of the bands, same size, etc. That's why it's said that there are always two alleles per gene, one allele being on individual homologous chromosomes. ;)
