How can you tell if a pedigree is autosomal or sex chromosome-linked?

There is a family tree that shows whether the offspring is male/female, affected/not affected. I can tell that it is recessive and not dominant, but is there something I should look for to discern whether it is autosomal or sex chromosome-linked (X or Y)?
