No Air Conditioner!!!! HELP!!!! :O?

Okay, so it's summer!!! Yayyy!!! no school!!! But it's REALLY, FIRETRUCKIN HOT!! my mom won't buy an air conditioner because she says it's way to expensive.what are some other ways to cool down the house while it's really hot outside?
