My air conditioner powers on but the fans are not blowing any air at all. Is it possible it needs freon?

What's freon? Anyway, if it isnt blowing air, then turn it to air con mode. Let it cool your room for awhile. Then afterwards switch it back to fan mode. it usually works like that for me. Hope that helps ;)
