Long kinda greasy hair causing acne?

I have longish hair down to my eyebrows and I'm a swimmer and my team pools chemicals dryd my hair out now when I was my hair with axe dual I have to also use a conditioner and it makes it kinda greasy if I got a buzz cut would this help my with my acne problems I may have lite to medium acne
