How many bags of mulch do I need?

So I have 312 square feet of ground that I need to cover with 2 inches of depth. If I am going to buy bags of mulch (2 cubic feet per bag), how many bags of mulch do I need? Also, could you tell me how you found that estimate? Serious answers are well appreciated. Thanks
