Do I need to replace my weed fabric if weeds have grown thru it?

Another thing you need to remember is weed seed and dust are move in the air, land on mulch and grow above the weed mat. Weed mat only reduces weed growth. Its the mulch that does more and weed will grow no matter what, Decent amount of mulch and spray any weed that appear, DO NOT pull them out as that can bring up dust/soil & weed seed and on it goes
