Could I get married to a girl with an intersex condition?

So I was wondering. I have an intersex condition (androgen insensitivity syndrome) and identify as female because it is easier that way. Anyway I'm bisexual and if I fell in love with a girl could I marry her? Like even though my birth certificate says one thing my chromosomes say another. Could I petition to be legally married? I'm highly curious.
